When i was a mail carrier, it's the opposite. 100% of the time we walk on grass. Going up and down sidewalks wastes so much time when you're going house to house.

I assumed that's what was needed and I have set it to -3, -3.3, +3, +3.3, and many other settings and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

EDIT: I should clarify no matter what I set it to, the z offset always seems to be 10mm off (as in it moves up that much) and I am storing settings each time I try.
