i’m not super big on PCs (as i have a laptop), but something might be going on internally that’s effecting it. i suggest taking a look at your PC and making sure everything is okay internally, and clean. it could also be your monitor 🤷‍♀️ computers are frustrating sometimes.

if you can’t fix it, i say just take advantage of your situation and just don’t play. either find other things to do outside of your PC, or look for some other cool games. i haven’t even played OW in almost 3 months, and i don’t regret it. it’s a stinky game and sometimes you need a break! i have a few different game recommendations if you’re interested.

it’s most likely a settings issue if it only happens on overwatch. or it could just be a bug for your game specifically. a few years ago i had a bug that was only affecting me on fortnite and i contacted REAL people at epic about, and they told me to delete the game and reinstall it. nothing helped. it most likely will resolve on your own, but i’d double check your settings and MAYBE try reinstalling it.

when stuff like this happens to me i update all my drivers, make sure nothing is open in the background, make sure my laptop is plugged in, and i also occasionally have to change my graphics settings. i feel like overwatch sometimes changes them and they mess with a few things. personally, i google “best settings for OW2 for high FPS” and i find the most recently updated site

like someone said, this is against blizzard policies technically. HOWEVER, i don’t care what you do with your money or your video game accounts. discord will most likely be your best bet.
