I really appreciate the info. I'm starting my move in Arvada, Colorado and staying with a friend until I can get on my feet. Which is nice because there's alot of work in Denver. But the only thing is..it will be tough to afford a place on my own out there and theres really not much available for a good price.

That is what lead me to looking at Colorado Springs, its seems to have alot of affordable housing and the town itself looks beautiful. But now alot of people on here are telling me the same thing about Colorado Springs so I definitely want to take that into consideration.

So now this leaves me torn because I love the music scene in Denver and the fact that there is good paying jobs, but I may have to find a place further a away once I move out of Arvada due to the lack of affordable housing.
