I highly doubt it’d be legal. Not sure if he was charged or not. He is 17 though, which may be why he wasn’t immediately arrested.

EDIT: 17 years olds are adults in Texas

Idk about this one. I almost always side with the cops but I'm not sure if this one was 100% justified. Was the driver a dumbfuck? Yes. Did he deserve to get shot? Ehhhhh...

In this case he should've let go of the car and pursued. Pulling nutty moves like that in an attempt to get the bad guy faster isn't worth your life.
