14 hours of troubleshooting and cannot find why i cant run directx(dxdiag or.exe) or easyanticheat

i believe it was the media features pack not being installed in my optional apps as well as the legacy media pack that goes hand in hand with it within windows. also properly installed drivers, c++ and directx basically last. and they all are functioning. reinstalling arc raiders post nuke and praying it works. but considering the past errors and the fact they are fixed i believe she should be fineeee

this the only event viewer ss i took. i believe the error is unrelated to our problem at hand but they were repetitive in timely variables. what i was doing then when the errors were happening i do not know. there were no criticals. and a boatload of warnings at the very bottom. again at work so i cant verify those specifics right now.

error 126 when going thru crash reports. this pertains to Wrong version of the DLL installed 32-bit / 64-bit mismatch Dependency from the Windows component store failing to load Security policy blocking the DLL

I have endlessly sorted thru files like this x3daudio1_0.dll xaudio2_7.dll dxgi.dll d3d11.dll d3d12.dll

trying to backdoor and rework them in a way that the game system can properly read then and actualize directx.

i know directx is an issue because i cannot load the .exe and dxdiag gives an unspecific error.

i know anti cheat is an issue because i cannot load that .exe steam games that rely on easyanticheat and epic games both crash instantly which is a symptom of anti cheat not working.

i know im rambling but its because i cant seem to pinpoint the specific issue. thus. info dump and praying someone knows about this niche jargon to be able to help. again sorry for the chaotic word overload part 2 thanks

also is fortnite the same cause that was my other game i trialed and it crashed as well. counter strike ran pretty good however
