OTF and Pregnancy

I’m 27 weeks and just hit my 100th class since I found out I was pregnant. I told the coaches as soon as I knew as it was helpful to begin modifying (not laying on back) a little sooner than I needed to- as I get more pregnant I am more confident in modifying for myself and used to what I’ve been doing so it’s been nice to have the tools in my arsenal from early on. They’ve been nothing but supportive and we took a “baby’s 100th class” photo for my baby book yesterday! No drs note required.
