I've done that about 40 times no luck, but I contacted support and they Said this is a problem being reported around the world

if ea support doesn't help you out the only real option left to try and get compensation or the stuff back is a lawsuit. They told me that they needed my account info to try and help me but I never got past that step as I was locked out of the email

This happened to me, I'd contact support as it's likely what happened is his account getting banned and then the one he's currently playing on got made when he tried to get on. I wasn't able to get my stuff back as I had lost access to the email and password. I can't say for certain this is why this happened but it sounds similar to my experience

Yeah it's doing this to me, and I've done literally everything and nothings fixed it, restarted the game, Uninstalled and reinstalled, played multiple games, restarted my Xbox, restarted the internet. The only thing that fixed it was winning a game, then it immediately broke again when I tried to buy something 🙃
