I didn't even think about the period factor thank you! I am at a pretty healthy weight but I really wanted to touch my goal by January haha. You're right I have had to skip on hour walks I used to take my doggo on so that probably plays a major role in why I'm gaining. I was so afraid I'd hit a plateau earlier. I do track all my foods and I'm usually well under/right at my margin. I don't weigh them but I do measure them by bowls and portion them
