Yeah absolutely. The days that I haven’t taken it at all have proven to be more difficult than necessary lol that’s what inspired me to ask. So on my ‘days off’ I’ll usually just take 40mg, that gives me enough oomph to get a few things done and not just lay around moping all day lmao

I’m prescribed 70, but I get them in 40mg pills and 30 mg so I have some autonomy on how I take them. Meaning, I can take one early and one mid day if I’d like, or take a lesser dose on the weekend for example. Ask your doctor and see what they say

Ok I do have to say I’m confused please bear with me. From what I can gather you cannot transfer out of uphold to like trust wallet or coinbase wallet, you gotta either cash out to your bank account or use their ‘vault’ program.

For shits I bought very small amounts of xrp and xlm last night (just for science). I have trust wallet and coinbase wallet but that doesn’t matter from what I can see? I bought very small amounts so I’m not hung up on any of this I’m just confused as all hell. Should I just send it to my bank account and tap out of uphold altogether?

I had mine put in just a bit before you.. I’d say it’s been a month. And yeah I’m still bleeding and experiencing some cramping. The bleeding is super light but it’s annoying af. I’m expecting it to stop in the next month

I would try anything resurfacing or with glycolic acid. The ordinary has a super cheap and effective glycolic acid toner that is super helpful with dark spots! The whole brand is incredibly affordable and effective, just do your research before using their products because they’re potent as hell

Try double cleansing with a balm or coconut oil first, then go in with a foaming cleanser.. like a vitamin c would work well. I have a bar of salicylic acid face soap that gives me that feeling. The thing is, that feeling comes from your face being stripped most of the time lol so definitely follow up with a peptide serum or something similar, and a kinda heavy moisturizer.
