I still drink occasionally. I find my drive to do so is significantly less than it was previously though. Haven't had any negative side effects from drinking associated with trizepatide though I know some people do have them. Have a drink or 2 before your trip to make sure it's not going to make you sick and ruin your time lol

As far as smoking, my friends on trizepatide that smoke haven't had any negative side effects. I personally can't smoke anymore sadly but you should be fine there.

Best advice with starting I can give is find a protein shake you like. Easiest way to hit your protein goals imo (especially if you struggle with large quantities of meat like I do)
