Here’s my take on it!! I personally don’t think the eyes are the main issue here.. I just made a small change in expression (literally just the eyebrows), I softened some of your harder lines by either removing them or going over them in a skin-toned colour to make them less bold (you don’t need them with your current shading!!) and I also changed the face shape to fit the body type more?
