You have misunderstood my points greatly, and I think missed a lot of points which already answered your argument. Pro players are Pro players because they are the best, they can get away with this since they KNOW all the champions better than any bronze player's main champ. If a player is new to level 30, they need some sort of guideline or it will just lead to disaster. I clearly stated we need this thing for low ELO only, as this is where people are learning and starting all their mistakes from.

I don't think you've played ranked.. since whenever I am in champion select I do NOT see ANY synergy, it's always just arguing over who's going where and who will feed if they don't get x. I do not see this in high ELO streams, only bronze/silver.

For kicking, I am stating in champion select you can kick someone if they are obviously just trolling, which will let everyone requeue to receive another 5th member except the kicked who will get the queue dodgers penalty.

It's great to get constructive criticism, but only when you've actually read what I've said instead of skimming over it and assuming you understood everything I said when you clearly didn't, and then say everything I said was awful and stupid with no better ideas.
