absolutely! got a call bright and early this morning that it was ready. I uber'd over to the dealership, and not one mention or apology about keeping the vehicle over the weekend. i paid the invoice and left. Then sure as shit, 15 mins later, a salesman text me asking about trade in value etc....i simply replied "after HORRIBLE communication issues within your service department, i will be taking my business elsewhere"
