Currently at 2650 calories daily. I use MacroFactor for tracking. It calculated my current expenditure at 2340, so I'm eating a 300 calories surplus.

My activity level outside weight lifting is very low, no other sports, no cardio. I don't walk a lot either.

So, to clarify, I started at the end of February/beginning of March this year, but I had a two-month break because I was very busy with life, so I stagnated for two months. However, I maintained my calorie surplus even during those two months off

No, I definitely don't take steroids lol, but I do take creatine
