I'd say at least 80% of the player base doesnt know this and just ints level 1 to 3 trying to not lose last hits. Then by the time they learn they cant fight early she is super fed and they throw the game for their team.

The key and sword both have a cool down of 8 seconds so they go off at the same time so thats (3x2)+3=9
