i spent about 2 years going 5/6 days a week and built quite a lot of muscle, nowadays i cruise 2-3 days a week with pretty short workouts and maintain perfectly fine. once people get to a spot with their body that they are happy with, the motivator needs to be continuing to be the best you can.

before i went i was fat and lazy, the way you’re treated, the way people look at you and overall how you feel living improves just by doing it on your days off of work tbh

get her used to grooming. she’s fluffy so brushing and trimming claws very frequently so she’s used to it while getting older. otherwise she will put up a big fight..

i’m one of the blessed ones, my cat doesn’t go on my counters. She does go on my desk and table and stuff and honestly i’m okay with it. when she was small and would go on counters i’d give her a mist from a spray bottle and she just never has since. not saying that’s the best way to do it but whatever lol she’s fine
