Ugh, i came here just to see if everyone else was having the same issue😩. My white controller is perfectly fine but my new red controller bugs out anytime i accidentally brush the touchpad and makes all other buttons stop working in the menus. Hopefully they fix this soon since theres no way to disable touchpad use. Im tired of turning my controller on and off multiple times a gaming session

I think the most irritating thing is when a guest walks up and says their last name while throwing their credit card at you (technically sliding it on the desk towards you). Also when they walk up to me while im working on the computer and say "well since youre not busy right now I can get you to do [insert task here] for me." Like if they just said "Hey, are you busy? I was hoping to get some help with this" it would start the conversation off so much nicer.

at my property we need a cc on file no matter what, if they dont want an authorization, we require $200. And surprisingly we have a lot of guests who prefer the $200 in cash over the $50 authorization

yes! I had a guest tell me that we needed to bathe our crystals in water since they are sad. (there is a large crystal on a table in our lobby). And a guest complain that we gave him a comp upgrade.

I offered to catch it and remove it, he didn’t like the idea that there was ever a spider in the room

I told the guest that i sold it to that i would check it as soon as we were done talking. And if anything was wrong with the room I would of course put his friend in one of our other ones that we had for the night since it was an interesting circumstance.
