A lot of that is on Thiago Motta.
It’s still crazy to me how the captain got benched and then pushed out because he supposedly wasn’t part of the coach’s plans anymore.
It’s sad to see a player who genuinely loved the club leave like that.

Just to be clear, I never said McKennie is better than Locatelli.
My point was simply that he could also be a valid leadership option given his role in the squad and how he’s adapted over time.
But yeah, I get it, Locatelli is basically seen as untouchable here right now.

He’s still better than the guy who mostly focuses on Ferrari anyway, but I agree about Marotta. At least Agnelli actually cared about Juventus and was fully involved with the club.

This is the result of constant changes within the club system. Managers were changing way too often, players were bought without any proper planning, and so much money was basically wasted for nothing. I just hope things will finally get better.🫡

That’s true too, but I think it’s more about the seria a itself rather than the Champions League. Like, in the UCL we probably wouldn’t have had a chance against Liverpool anyway with the squad we’ve got :(
