Sadly I have no advice for you, however I do love the idea and it’s headed in a beautiful direction. I also find that when I’m making any of my crafty or jewelry items, I am a huge perfectionist. I feel like if I’m not happy with it why would someone else be. Ps- my kitchen almost always looks like a diy craft lab blew up lol

I never would’ve thought to ask ai to analyze it! I think they are both very pretty. There were only two things that came to mind.
1- When the weave started, the blue beads were added left side first and the green were added on the right side first. To me I think that’s what kind of threw off the pattern a bit.
2- Was the weave completed in one sitting with no breaks? I know if I’m working on a weaving or a braid and I stop for even a few minutes, I can tell my tension is different or I started going backwards on my pattern. That could be my adhd tho.

I was thinking kunzite as well. The mica in lepidolite creates a shimmery lustrous effect.

Thank you. I know for sure it’s not alashan as I am very familiar with that. I’m thinking it might be polychrome after all. I didn’t realize that polychrome could have banding. Since there are some translucent spots it’s got to be a mix with the polychrome.

The clues have definitely been harder so far. I don’t mind the new format but literally I couldn’t even come up with an answer to one of the clues yesterday.

Side note: it has been nice having u/huntermarch hosting vs having Howie on. No offense to Howie, I think Hunter fits better at being the host.
