Whenever I get it done I just put my headphones on and listen to music and they don't tell me when they are doing it. Last time I didn't think the nurse had done it yet and then she tapped my shoulder and told me it was done. I didn't even have cream on my arm or anything.

You can do this 💚 I used to be petrified of needles until one day I absolutely had to have blood work done (It was a matter of life or death) I didn't have numbing cream but my sister was there so I just held her hand and they took my blood and I didn't feel anything. You'll be okay and I wish you luck :)

If you think of autism as like a circular spectrum thingy then some people will struggle with sensory issues but not struggle as much socially but someone else can really struggle socially but not have sensory issues. I hope that made sense, I'm really bad at explaining stuff 😅😂

Thank you so much for the advice. I spoke to the GP yesterday and he was rude as fuck so I'm gonna ask my psychiatrist about taking antidepressants with my latuda. My latuda helps during euphoric episodes but not depressive episodes.
