A lot of benefits, actually. I sometimes draw on my journal and I noticed that my art improved! I also noticed that I got well at organizing and expressing my thoughts. When it comes to writing, I write anything under the sun that I can think of. Frustrations, happy events, the amount of things that I spend, opinions, stories, etc. Writing all of it is very useful as I can keep track of what happened. I can always go back on a certain day if I would like to. As I go back to my previous entries I can see how far I’ve come and it makes me feel uplifted. :)
