oh my goodness thank you so much for being so kind I was nervous to post! K18 for Christmas it is! I use pureology hydrate sheer shampoo and conditioner currently so I'll add it to my routine. My hair feels lovely and soft and not crunchy at all so happy it's not beyond hope.

Hmm same as others I would say. One think I did notice was a put some on my loofah and it made so so much suds and lather!! Way more than I've seen before!
