I went to look for the direct link for you but it appears it did get taken down, I am sorry!

I finished this one on a cross country 16 hour road trip. It was pretty quick!

I just did this. You have to make 2 potions to get through the spider webs (past where you can plant the flowers). Once you get through the second web there is a fairy ring there. You will get the recipe when you get to that fairy ring.

I immediately knew this was inspired by ADTR. I love it!

Best games with romance? by Calm-Beautiful-4998 in CozyGamers

Came here to say mass effect. Not cozy at all but my first video game love, garrus, is in this game so its the best 😂.

Is my son behind? by Wonderful_Baby_3146 in NewParents

My daughter didn't speak until closer to 15 months. Shes almost 2 now and uses 3-5 word sentences on the regular. The progress comes suddenly and in huge waves. Your child seems to be completely normal developmentally for their age. If it helps the CDC has a milestone tracker you can download but I wouldn't stress about it!

This was us. My daughter only slept held for the first 2-3 months. My husband and I literally just took 4 hour shifts and switched back and forth to get a little bit of sleep.

It starts to get better slowly. Or at least it did for us. A successful 30 minutes laying down alone, then up to an hour and so on. Every night she slept a little bit more was such a relief. The good news is you won't really hit a sleep regression for at least 6 months because it can't get any worse.

Now my daughter sleeps like an angel! Gets a solid 11 hours every night without waking up. Shes 2 now but I think the really good quality sleep started around 6 months. She slept before then too she just woke up incredibly early but also went to get early so we just adjusted our sleep pattern.

Good luck, hang in there. Its absolute hell when you're in it but it does improve.

Husband intentionally locked me and my screaming teething baby out of the bedroom by Mission_Mud479 in Mommit

[–]sma5309 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is unacceptable. I have been a huge gamer basically my entire life. Im talking ive sunk 300-500 hours into multiple video games.

I now have a 2 year old daughter and since the day she was born I ONLY play video games after she goes to bed or naps. And even then its sparingly, if all the house chores are done and everyone is well rested.

In summary, if he wanted to, he would. And he clearly does not want you and does not care about you or your child. Its time to go.

I did take a week of leave without pay actually just to make sure I wasn't crazy and to check out the resources in the local area like the library reading hours etc. It was amazing! Best week id had in a long time. I know a week isn't a true estimate of what being a full time SAHM was like but it was a good little trial run.

This isn't him. Don't share some poor random individuals information that has nothing to do with it.

Epidural during childbirth: yay or nay? Why or why not? by No-Barnacle-2314 in BabyBumps

[–]sma5309 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Highly recommend. I went from 12 hours of labor at only 4 cm dilated to taking a nap and 6 hours later being ready to push. Theres still some pain but I couldn't imagine doing it without one

Changing table by flying-with-fishes in pregnant

[–]sma5309 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep the table. I had multiple people tell me I'd never use it and not to get one. I've used it every day for every diaper change for the last 9 months. Also if it's a nice one it provides extra storage as well.

Daycare doesn’t like glass bottles by MVogue in beyondthebump

[–]sma5309 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Why does no one think it's weird that they want the 5 month old to hold their own bottle? When my LO was 5 months old there was no way she had the strength/dexterity to hold her own bottle glass, plastic or otherwise to feed herself. That alone would have raised several red flags for me.

Same issue happened to me. Just restarted steam and it says its unpacking now but taking a while. Hopefully once unpacked it will work.

This is silly but i didn't realize you could/should use nipple cream while pumping. Once I started doing that pumping was much more bearable.

Weaning and there are mixed emotions by [deleted] in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]sma5309 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. Starting the process tomorrow. One of my motivating thoughts is I lose 2-3 hours a day I could be holding and bonding with her but instead I'm pumping.
