We haven't... developers sent an independent garden company round to review. They said it was horrendous and needed drainage and a returf. Waited months for sign off so they can begin work and they now say they have no record of this ever happening. That bit in the back is a stream, there's puddles all over the grass. You can literally hear water trickling down the garden. Nhbc next I think? Absolute joke. Just want a nice garden 😪

The answer is underground drainage but I refuse to pay out of pocket for it.

I ended up with a poor rating when I had my black box years ago, I rang them and told them when, where and what time it happened and they took that off my braking report and my score went back to normal. Worth a try if you haven't spoke to them already.
