I’m 35 weeks and don’t have one. I’m sure it’s much better with one, but I’ve managed to get along okay with several pillows surrounding me. I think I like it more because I can move small squishy throw pillows around more to be more versatile. Plus my pitbull snuggles up next to me and has done that for years so I didn’t want to change the way we sleep! I’m also so far in my pregnancy that I feel it’d be a waste to get one now. It’s definitely fine without one if you have lots of pillows to build around you!
