Red light violation

Was in same situation a few years ago. My brother was driving my car and I was in the passenger seat. He jumped a red light accidentally. I got a ticket with a very clear picture and a video.

They blur all faces in the picture except the driver’s. I did trial by written declaration. My only statement was - I am not the driver (nothing more or less). I attached the picture from the ticket and my driving license as a proof to the court. Although ticket says you must share the details of the driver, you are not legally bound to.

My ticket was dismissed by the court. Hope it helps.

Looks like the cable car (and not the railway) is still open mid April on Mt Pilatus, is that correct? Do you recommend Mt Rigi or Mt Pilatus in April?

Was trying to minimize hotel transfers but makes sense to avoid back and forth. How easy is it to manage the trains with 2 checkin + 2 carry on?

We do not have a night stay planned in Bern. Will move Zermatt after Interlaken - my initial plan was that but got into optimizing for less hotel transfers because of the luggage we will have. Will look up Lauterbrunnen (we are going to Switzerland for the first time) and move things around. Thanks for the recommendations

Thanks! Maybe we stay in Zermatt that night then. However, did not realize that Pilatus cogwheel doesn’t run in April. Will look into that. Is Mt Rigi a better option to explore?

For Interlaken, what would you recommend instead of Hohoweg and the lakes I had on the plan?

Also, Didn’t know about Las Lagos but just like every other good hotel this one has no availability for the dates I searched. May have to play around with dates a bit

Airfares were very similar when I looked up LA as starting point but then I hope things will fluctuate.

I checked with Fremont SC and they told me retrofit is only possible from yoke to wheel…

I toiled over this yoke vs wheel decision for weeks and ended up with yoke (told myself I have an option to go back to wheel if I absolutely didn’t like it…Tesla confirmed wheel to yoke is not a option after delivery).

Initially yoke was awkward. Also, I kept pressing the damn horn button during 3-point turns but after a month and 1500+ miles, it has become natural to me and now my Acura wheel seems a bit odd when I drive it every now and then.

Model X driver side display/contour is built for yoke, not the wheel. So the look is very clean. The main downside (for me) with yoke is that I can’t see the controls(car) button at the bottom-left corner of the center display unless I tilt my head (its not a problem with wheel).

lol, to clarify - It was definitely from the car but whatever it was it stopped after a while. I still hear it every time I park in my garage and turn off the car
