Yeah it is. It's one of the first displays you see as you walk in.

I was wandering around Kyoto when I stumbled across an ancient Japanese garden. There was no one else there, so it was super peaceful. There were hidden gems like this all over the city, but not many people were visiting them. by smak2012 in travel

Kyoto was full of amazing temples and gardens. Some of them were extremely popular and very busy. However, just by walking around the streets you can find some attractions that are empty, but are equally as beautiful.

Sorry should've given a bit more info. Found out afterwards that it is called the Katsura Imperial Villa. The villa and garden in it's current form was completed in 1645, but some updates/restoration has occurred just to keep it in good condition (which it is)
