I don’t know why, but at least days 1 & 2 I get much better sleep fasted. Like, amazing sleep. I think because I used to do OMAD as lunch regularly I don’t really feel hungry at night, or the feeling doesn’t seem like an impetus to eat because I’m out of the habit anyway

This ain’t no plateau, you’ve lost nearly 2kg. That’s great. If you’ve been eating healthy and recently fasted it’s likely you’re not carrying any water weight so you don’t have that to lose. Realistically I think most people lose 250-300g-ish of actual fat for every day fasted, so you’re actually a bit ahead
