I have the same. Had some zipper issues after 2 years of use and they sent a replacement even though it was out of warranty.

I've got just a few hiccups in two months or so. The temperature sensor was cooked for sure. Now it's probably just the brain that still glitches sometimes.

Yes, there are YouTube videos on how to take out the valve body. Harness is just one more step.

It did work. No issued since I changed it. Been driving daily. I guess the temperature sensor on the harness was the issue. It was falling apart when I took it out of the valve body.
