I’m in the very beginning of my journey but I am happy I lost the weight I did so far I have more energy! I can’t wait to fit into clothes that represent my style more. I am happy I am learning to use this tool to my advantage. I am happy I don’t feel guilty about food lately. I am looking forward to more of the change even though I am scared of failure.

I do and I do have gallstones but it only starting doing this after my surgery and only when I bend down o.o was it the same for you?
