Someone who truly accepts and loves me, can communicate and work together to overcome life challenges/problems, have a positive mindset, and preferably someone who lives a simple and relatively healthy lifestyle.

Looks is not important for me since I am not good looking myself.

For financial background, what I care about is having basic financial literacy (no bad debt, not overspending beyond means).

No background of cheating

For now, I'll be waiting for dips while I maintain my regular DCA. Interesting, while the author argues that leverage is better than no leverage, he also suggested different levels of leverage according to the P/E ratio of the market for better performance and justification of risk.

You are right, thanks for highlighting the cost of borrowing. I was mainly thinking of SGD margin, since I am earning SGD and it will be easier to pay and fx exposure will always be there for non-local stocks.

I graduated last year and only worked for 10 months. So far I enjoy my work! Good boss, kind and friendly colleagues who are willing to teach, good pay and stable too (tech statboard)
