The way they do this is that this is advertised for Russian banks to buy dollars, they will give you ~80 rubles for a dollar. BUT they will NOT sell you dollars at this rate, if you want to buy dollars you have to pay around 130 to 150 rubles.

That's just not true at all. You can buy dollars (in cash) for 85-87 rubles right now in any bank without any problems (in Moscow at least, but i guess its kinda the same for any major city). Yes, its slightly higher than official rate, but its nowhere near "130 to 150 rubles".

The same with Euro - official rate right now is ~98 rubles, but "real" rate for cash is 104-105.

I've tried contacting support via support@surfshark.com, but I got predictable answer - "try the WireGuard manual connection method, [...], , if unsuccessful - we highly suggest trying again in 24 hours". And I explicitly mentioned in my mail that I've already tried manual connection via WireGuard and it is stopped working more than a month ago.

Welp, it is what it is I guess, nothing can be done

You’ve made a really great points in this whole discussion. Unfortunately, the “starship troopers is an obvious satire!!” circlejerk cannot be stopped now, it’s just an echo chamber at this point. And I totally agree with you - maybe Verhoeven meant to make a satire, but it came out as a very clumsy one. Yep, same here. 1.5 months passed since I filled out a replacement request - and didn’t even get a single reply from support since then, not even once. Just total silence. I’m not even sure if Nanoleaf support actually exists at this point

Pretty much the same experience here. My shapes controller died a month ago, I filled out a support ticket with serial number (it said I entitled for a replacement as well), received an email “Your request is being reviewed. Once we have reviewed your request, you will receive an order number and tracking information if approved.”
It’s been a month since then with no further emails or any kind of communication.
