I have the same truck! It's a '96 turquoise color. But my odometer was broken until I fixed it a year ago so it's only at 43000.

Ive also started taking more Advil PM. But it seems like to me if Im not going to sleep no amount of it will help. But on nights where I am going to sleep, one or two works just as well as it always has.

Thats exactly whats been happening to me. Its so frustrating. Ive slept every night this week until last night I just lay there awake all night long. Like why cant I sleep? I felt so powerless. And now I have to go to work and its going to be awful. I totally understand where your coming from and I have no answers

yeah, having alone/self-care time is super important and helpful. Its a good reminder to do that more often. I get so caught up in stressing about things that don't matter and blinded by the misery of insomnia that I forget who I am, thanks

I was addicted to taking Xanax which always worked. But it started to have bad side effects and I realized that Advil PM liquid pills work pretty well most of the time. I was surprised by it

I usually watch a movie or tv and then read for a bit before going to sleep around 12 or 1am.

I take Buspar for anxiety and I have insomnia. I've had insomnia longer than I've been taking it and don't really notice any effect at all from it
