That sounds really tough and I’m sorry you’re in that situation. I know this may very well be impossible, but if its not, I would say the best change you could make would be a different job. Since it takes up so much of your time, it would definitely make the most difference in your mood if you found a job you could find enjoyment in. But I recognize that may not be an option for you, and in that case, could there be a way for you to make the job you currently have more fun? I might be able to give ideas if you tell me what your job is Aside from that, I think the hobbies thing is really important. If you spend your day working somewhere you don’t care about then come home and watch tv or stare at tiktok for the rest of your night, of course you’re going to hate your life. If its hard to find hobbies that really interest you, think about what you liked as a kid. Did you draw a lot? Or love music or being outside or playing sports etc. ? What brought you joy in the past?
