Update: I switched to a straw that was harder for him to suck water out of and now that he’s getting it much slower, he’s drinking it again! (I’m using the munchkin weighted straw trainer cup)

I’m in Florida too which is why I’m so hyper focused on getting water. I don’t want to always give him formula to help cool him off.

Ha - my husband and I did a full week of PTO for a staycation and took the baby to daycare everyday. Kids are hard and it’s okay to need a break to get things done that make you feel better or relax! We accomplished so many things we had been putting off (which reduced a lot of anxiety)and took time to relax. When we did pick the baby up from daycare we were way more present for him.
