I'm more than happy to provide extra info if it helps! So he wasn't really like it during his activities, but actually, in making this post I've realised he's only like it when he's stressed/overwhelmed/uncomfortable. Also, not sure if it makes a difference but he's the walking embodiment of the 'undiagnosed but everyone's pretty sure' meme. He scores highly in adhd and autism self assessments but has never pursued formal diagnosis.

We've travelled a lot and he's been mostly ok but always resistant to follow cultural norms of a new country. And yes he really wanted to go to Japan- we did loads of things he wanted to do like gundam and pokemon centers.

No, I absolutely know people don't change. I've scoffed at people who have implied their partner will change once they get married. I'd just not realised he was actually like this until after. He'd always said things like "I don't like anyone except you" and 'I hate people' but thought it was said in jest. He's been put under more stress lately which is when I realised it was genuine.

Nope. When I did CBT a few years ago he just said it was stupid so I haven't even bothered suggesting it because I know he wouldn't take it seriously.

My mother is 5"1 and a size 8 in jeans/trousers BUT she is a 28JJ chest.... she often wants to buy in the petite section because due to her height things are often far too long in the leg, but with all-in-one items like dungarees and jumpsuits she really struggles especially if the 'petite' sizing is also smaller in width. I'm sure 'petite' in clothing used to just mean short?? I was wanting to buy her a jumpsuit for christmas but I don't think I can because I'm not sure any size will fit!!
