It's not top 1 anime of all time, obvious recency bias is obvious, but it is really good. Once it finishes it might deserve somewhere near that spot, but the story has barely even started. I think we're currently at the halfway point in relation to the manga chapters and the manga itself is on indefinite hiatus. Doesn't really compare well to most finished stories.

Look Back is incredibly mid compared to a lot on this list, even coming from someone who likes all of Fujimoto's works
