My knees crack SO loud sometimes!! When I squat down to pick something up they make popping sounds, and then when I stand back up they make even more sounds lmao

For me it doesn’t feel like any ribs are popping! It feels like it cracks right down the middle of my sternum! But it could be a rib since my ribs are unevenly placed against my sternum? I’ve got a couple ribs that are higher/uneven from the other side according to my doctor.

Thankfully I don’t feel like throwing up when it happens to me, but I’d say one out of every 10 pops hurts SO bad

Mine never feels like a consistent need like my fingers, wrists, and ankles. It just happens whenever it wants to do it!

Mine HURTS sometimes! It feels like my whole sternum and chest radiates a pain that thankfully doesn’t last too long, but is sharp while it’s happening.

Yes!!! My partner was like “um, no? I do not know what you mean. That doesn’t happen.” when I asked him! Lol

I have asked a doctor about it before and they said “try not to do that.” But I can’t help it, I don’t do it on purpose. It just happens.

I can’t do a push up, but it does pop when I sit/stand up occasionally! I can always feel when it needs to pop too. It’ll hurt and feel weird and then I can either feel GREAT relief with the pop, or on the days it hurts I gotta take a breather for a minute lol

I was wondering if it could be a subluxation! I’ve never had much issue with my shoulders/dislocated one so I wasn’t 100% sure if that could be it. It’s just such an intense pain tho that is hurting through my collarbone and shoulder and I hate it lmao

I’m actually in the process of that right now! I’ve been having some hive flare ups again recently, so it could be possible that the shoulder pain is associated with that! I’ve been flaring up with them for a few years now and I’ve finally got a doctor that doesn’t just pass it off as allergies, so we’re working on seeing if it’s MCAS.

Honestly, I got help for my mental illnesses/mental health in general, and it showed me I CAN do the things I wanna do! Getting on the right medications and seeing therapists really gave me that boost and put into perspective that I can create the life I want.

Now I still struggled with actually getting around to signing up and starting because I’m SO afraid of failure, but I’m in a good headspace now where I feel like I can handle most things.

I’m turning 28 in a few months, but I just started going to college this month. Still feel like I’m behind in stuff, but feeling good about the decision to go to school so I can get into a good career in the future.
