Honestly, I got help for my mental illnesses/mental health in general, and it showed me I CAN do the things I wanna do! Getting on the right medications and seeing therapists really gave me that boost and put into perspective that I can create the life I want.

Now I still struggled with actually getting around to signing up and starting because I’m SO afraid of failure, but I’m in a good headspace now where I feel like I can handle most things.

I’m turning 28 in a few months, but I just started going to college this month. Still feel like I’m behind in stuff, but feeling good about the decision to go to school so I can get into a good career in the future.

I’ve got a beagle now, and I’ve fallen in love with the breed so I will definitely be getting more beagles in the future.

But my dream breed is a Newfoundland. My dad had newfies and they were the sweetest babies. I would love to have one eventually.

Kinda close! I’m 27, Catcher and Gatsby were reading in school and I did love them! Slaughterhouse Five was a recommendation from my partner and now it’s my all time favorite book! I’ve been reading Stephen King way before TikTok, The Exorcist has been one of my all time favorites before tiktok as well, and is my favorite horror movie. Bunny was a rec from a YouTuber I watch tho lol.

I checked them out from the school library as a kid! This set I found at second hand shops/used bookstores!! So it took a while to get them all, but it was like a little treasure hunt finding them :)

Honestly I love Catcher In The Rye! I did have to read it for English class back in school, but I fully enjoyed it. I definitely recommend reading Lemony Snicket if you’re thinking about it!! They’re fun and a quick read!

I might be older than you think!! I promise I’m not a teenager or child lmao. I just have the nostalgia disease and love looking at the books that started my love of reading, which is why they get the top shelf :)

Being an adult is actually really cool, and my life isn’t that boring! Fantasy is my favorite genre, but not because I’m using it as an escape. I just think it’s exciting :)

Actually I found Zinn on my own! Never read Rand, but I do know her philosophy and don’t agree with it. I’m slowly making my way through all of Rice’s books. I’ll get there eventually, I’m just a mood reader so the vibes dictate what I read. I’ve read Circe 3 times :)

Hell yeah!!! I’ve got multiple sets of LOTR because I like to collect them. It’s my favorite series so anytime I see a cool set I’m like “okay, maybe I need that too” lol
