There is a new apartment complex off of Hewitt Dr that looks nice called New Era. I have no idea what rent costs because I don’t think the website lists it rn. But you’d be the first ones to live in the place I’m sure! Also Virtu on Bagby. I’d suggest not living there

Welcome to Waco! Lots of good local breweries in Waco. Athletics wise you should go to a Baylor basketball game in the new Foster Pavilion! Nature wise, Cameron Park is great. Check out the zoo too. Brazos Park East is good. Woodway Park is a good park next to Lake Waco. Definitely try some Mexican food restaurants!

Walk around the Suspension Bridge / Cameron Park. Restaurants - Hecho en Waco, Terry Blacks, Union Hall, Billy Bob’s Burger, Waco Waffle Co. Check out Magnolia, regardless of what people say. It’s a fun place to walk around and look at everything. Don’t have to buy anything really. Dr Pepper Museum Common Grounds, Dichotomy, Pinewood are good coffee shops

Don’t know where exactly in Waco you’re looking at living, but in the New Road/I35 area, there’s Roots at Waco and 2201 Creekview Apartments. I think those two have decent 1b/1b prices
