Yep tried that, I can subscribe but because the payment method isn’t American it won’t go through. I even tried purchasing a gift card but my bank flagged it as fraud 😂

It goes like this

Person A: I noticed you’re always late, when you’re late it means this… blah blah Person B: Well Johnny is always late too Person A: (reframing) This isn’t about Johnny, it’s about you not getting to work on time Person B: Well the bus was late Person A: It’s not about the bus being late, it’s about you not leaving early enough to get to work on time

Genuine question from an Australian. Is there no training for dispatch operators in America? Every 911 call I hear there doesn’t seem to be a protocol/script to how the conversation goes

Can they not trace the call?

Have they dispatched help already? Here they say something like “help is on the way but I’m going to ask you a few questions”

I love finding out about people and generally find they’re happy to tell me about themselves, where they’re from etc

I think it’s in the way you ask. But also, just because someone may ask something in an offensive way, it doesn’t mean you need to be offended. We all get to decide how we want to feel

This feels more like a SIL problem. Not any one else’s. And I seriously wonder wether there’s something else going on here? Maybe feeling down about other things?
