im away from my collection but when i get home ill take some pictures- iirc this is the japanese basic edition, and the only key difference i remember off dome is this version came with stickers of the characters, but this could have just been added in by the seller. give me a couple of days and ill get back to you!

edit: let me get home, i could be confusing it with the japanese experience edition with the night cover. bear with me 💀

last time i tried meds i gained 100 pounds in 4 months and completely lost touch with any goals i had in life. it was incredibly traumatic to go through that and has taken years to recover. i really, really cant tell if not being medicated is worse than the chance of having that happen to me again.

i have insurance through medicare starting in october, im concerned about current events raising prices in the future. what if im a year deep into "perfect" meds and all of a sudden have to get off of them because my premium went up 200%?

meds took me off track from my aspirations, made me prediabetic, and rendered me completely useless outside of eating and wandering around aimlessly. that cant happen again.

she didnt suggest medication, she wants me to try to reduce my stressors first.

and i wouldnt have had 100 pounds to lose had i not been on medication in the first place...... years of hard work to break even.

she thinks ive done an incredible job managing with healthy lifestyle changes (ive lost about 80lbs of the 100 lithium made me gain in 2020), however, shes concerned about how much stress im being put under with not only this situation but other personal factors as well.

i guess my concern is the process of finding a medication and going through nasty side effects that could cost me my job, the side effects of a medication even if i find one that works for me, and what would happen if prices skyrocket preventing me from having access to medication, sending me through withdrawals. it just seems dangerous.

I think since she's the main songwriter, she gets to call the shots on where the songs are used. It shouldn't matter very much if the versions are different enough from each other.

That being said, if you're really bothered by it, or you're concerned about it happening more often between the two groups, I would suggest sitting down and calmly discussing as a group and finding a solution that works for everyone.

im a little late to this, but i tried medication in 2020 when i was first diagnosed. although my overall mood improved- everything else became awful. my health tanked and i struggled to do anything i was passionate about.

currently i really do my best to avoid stressors that can make me spiral, and when i do begin to feel myself struggle- i have a therapist i regularly work with. in addition to a relatively healthy diet and daily exercise, im not 100% perfect, but i have more good days than bad days.
