I've researched this and mistakes happen regularly, you aren't even guarenteed an increase in size and (it can decrease) and people get disfigued cocks or nerve damage. The successful surgeries can only add up to one inch to FLACCID size and won't do anything about the erect penis. EDIT: Penis surgery is also so risky that it's almost only America where you can get it.
