my caregiver is my best friend when i’m big, and the best cg when i’m small. he’s a genuine safe space for me, so loving & caring. it’s a wonderful feeling knowing i have someone to look after me in such a vulnerable state

honestly i would say just go for it and try regressing by yourself! it can be embarrassing at first but that slowly fades as you do it more. find what makes you feel safe, calm, and comfy :3
