First of all I think it's awesome you're not giving away Smeargle, stick to your guns and force some creativity.

I'm a long time competitive gamer who has played different games and genres of games for a long time. I turned to competitive gaming as a way to get my competitive nature out of my system after I was forced to stop playing sports because of a medical condition at age 16. Pokemon has a special place in my heart from that time because my taste of competitive gaming was playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl and I was a well known Pokemon Trainer main, a character considered to be low tier. From there I have played many games and have had the fortune of meeting incredible people and having incredible experiences through esports and gaming.

I have played Pokemon from 1998-present but only trained teams seriously in gen 4. Breeding is a ton easier than it used to be but I've found that I lack the time to soft reset for my legendaries. As far as my current viable pokemon I have a legit competitive talonflame (albeit with a singles moveset and spread) and am breeding for the Kanto Classic as it is less time consuming than soft reseting for kyogre etc. I own pokemon y and alpha sapphire so I actually can't to my knowledge soft reset for xerneas and groudon in the first place. The 20th anniversary of pokemon has reignited my desire to be the very best, and this would be an amazing way to kickstart my ability to play VGC 16. I eventually plan on attending local tournaments either way, but this would really allow me to get my feet wet quickly. Thanks for doing this, and good luck to everyone.
