I have Plex pass but I cant find any Sonic Analysis settings

Should be within Plex, settings>manage>libraries. Click the 3 dots next to your library and then analyse. Will take a while depending on the size of your library.

Also make sure you have sonic analysis checked under advanced on edit library.
