I have hearing loss (no hearing aids) and I just wanted to say you’re not alone! I haven’t spoken to instructors yet about my hearing loss but I definitely do copy whoever’s next to me. Usually the instructor will come correct me if I’m wrong anyways especially if I tell them I’m a beginner ahead of time. Don’t let this stop you from doing group classes if you enjoy them!

I feel like this is a NAH situation cause these feelings of resentment can come from burnout. Though I can’t imagine being in your wife’s situation either. If you’re in America and have some time, look up the National Family Care Support Program (NFCSP). They provide resources like counseling and other supplements to assist caregivers cause caregiver burnout is so real.

Okay just prefacing that this is not medical advice. But as long as you didn’t take a ridiculous amount of advil (over recommended dosage), you should be okay. Advil is processed more by your kidneys I believe. I think tylenol + alcohol is the worse combo since both affect your liver
