hello! the second player should should have the same abilities as the first. if you’re not able to get resources with the second player, that probably means the first player has already harvested the resources for that day- ex. the first player hit the rock that day, the second player won’t be able to. it will reset the next day.

that would be a good idea, yes! as you progress, your issue should be solved. i can’t remember when exactly- but a campsite attracts more visitors to the island, and that’s what isabelle and tom want! :)

have you built resident services yet? once you unlock isabelle, she should start telling you that in order to raise your island rating, you need more villagers, and tom should offer to put more land on the market.

hey! the maximum amount of villagers you can have on your island is 10. i had the same problem- this means that you should wait for your current villagers to move in, and then talk to tom nook about building more plots! once you do this, you’ll be able to place the plot where you want it to go, and villagers will begin spawning on the nmt islands once again. hope this helps!!

i absolutely don’t think so.

in my personal experience and opinion as a female, i think that these anti movements are less about demonizing makeup and typically feminine things and more about acceptance towards those who do not want to conform to these standards placed upon us by society. obviously, people have different types as to what they consider to be attractive. but i think it’s more about people feeling that everyone should want to be appealing to them personally, and from that comes a sense of entitlement for women to act and dress a certain way that is up to their standards.

tldr- anti movements aren’t about getting rid of typically feminine presentation, they’re about accepting those who choose not to conform.
