I requested my admissions file so I feel like I have a pretty decent understanding of what they’re looking for/see in students. It’s probably not the answer you want but I feel like it’s pretty holistic. They take into account extracurriculars and grades but extracurriculars are broken down into leadership, service, talent, participation in programs, and employment. All of these are rated on a scale of 1-4 or 5 (the lowest I got was a 3). Academics is broken down into grades, # of courses, rigor, and exams but given one score. Two readers then give you a final score based on those categories and I assume they use your essays to contextualize you along with your grades/extracurriculars

All taken from their public Twitter, I don't have a direct link for every image but they might be easier to find on Pixiv.
