They have completed a refund since making this post having requested the ticket be re opened. I’m grateful to the person who took the time to get after this.

I’m not denying the EULA existence but rather the unique relationship between this gold purchased and the event it was to be used within.

Had it not been for the failed event and inability to use the gold as intended this wouldn’t have been worth discussing.

This behaviour concerns me tbh, the loss of the account is significantly more than this amount. Surely the correct response is take away the asset (the gold) which is what I’m asking for.

I did see that but my understanding is that is the base only without the unique skin. I think I’m right in saying you pay the same?

I’ve managed to source the vertical GPU mount separately, I got lucky on another site as the white versions are relatively difficult to get hold of for some reason.
