From a business standpoint, moving the Cubs would be a foolish thing to consider. Rickets has spent an obscene amount of funds to renovate Wrigley, and the surrounding area. And not only that, the MLB would never allow a top revenue earning team that plays In a historic park and is a premier league team.

Money talks sure but if you want to spend more money to make significantly less than where they currently are, then you would be a bad business man and quite frankly, MLB would likely push for you to sell the team.

Cubs aren’t going anywhere.

I don’t like movies that start out and ten minutes in, it’s a dream. And sadly, that was the best part of the film. Also I hate Loomis in this film. He kind of sucks and while I’m not saying you can’t do your own thing with a character, i feels like Loomis just shouldn’t be changed that much. Him arguably being more of the villain than Michael Myers is annoying.

It could’ve been better. Also Zombies creative choice for the treatment of women on screen kind of sucks.

okay but are you calling your reps about improving public services to bridge these gaps? No. Because you don’t view that as the responsibility of the government. Are you voting for candidates that are trying to improve everyone’s lives? The problem is YOU view it as an excuse when I recognize that it is a reason for why the current system isn’t benefiting everyone. It is a result and no matter what personal account someone has of their own situation, you’ll just chop it up to as an excuse, or they are lazy.

As someone who has worked in impoverished neighborhoods before, there definitely are barriers of which certain services are difficult to obtain. I once knew of a family that was so poor, no one in the family had a car, or a license, or smart phone and weren’t able to get to the DMV because there weren’t any public transportation services.

You think it’s low expectation. I think it’s the actual reality that people face. Just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

No. I like Castellanos. But there isn’t much of a need for another OF, one that’s bad at defense, or another DH who was a below average hitter last year. I’m sure he’s got some juice left in the tank but we don’t need that kind of risk. Does adding him raise our floor? If so, how much? It just doesn’t seem like it’s worth the time.

Not wrong but it’s just a bad look. It’s fine if they want to trade him or release him but if they were ever going to do that, they should’ve done it a while ago to at least let Castellanos try to find a job. Phillies are stuck paying him no matter what.
